Hello fellows,at this time I would like to share my mortise jig based in a very nice Mortise Pal .It is a wooden copy.
I Always loved this jig but to me from Brazil it is expensive to import.Now Mortise Pal is out of production unfortunatelly.
I don’t have all pictures of process but the pictures below can show how I did it.

I used good quality Brazilian wood,brass and stainless steel.

It works pretty good.The bars permit many adjusts.

This Kreg screw is inserted at wooden screw and pull back jaw.

The recess permit chips to go out

The lock screw pass thru brass and lock the bar in place

Because I don’t have the acrylic plates I made the groove longer and use this handle as a limiter.

The router stop at limiter.I have a pair of handles

If you need a lot of mortises
