Reclaimed White & Red Oak Desk

I made this for someone a year ago and just now uploading it.

It is all from reclaimed Oak flooring from rail cars, this wood is so beautiful its hard to let leave the shop. Its about 150 years old, 2% moisture level & almost all quatersawn.

All hand cut mortise and tenon joinery, not one nail or screw was harmed in the making of this peice
The finish is a blend of Arm-R-Seal Oil & Urethane reduced with spirits. I go up 10% oil on each coat

He sent me a pic after he installed it
