This is a 60”x 24”(at its widest point 22” at narrowest) pine slab that I decided to try the waterfall style coffee table on. The top is now 40” long from end to the waterfall 45. It is 2” thick and still has the bark on one side(tree was felled in winter so bark sits snuggly on the edge+ has finish nails to add more support) while the other is clean. It is stained using Minwax pecan stain which doesn’t overpower the naturalness of the wood in my opinion, it helps to minimize the yellow in the pine. It is then finished with 4 coats of rub on poly(the bark on the table is finished with 4 coats of spray on poly). The leg is made from 2×2 pine and then painted using Rust-O-Leum-Hammered-black spray paint. The table stands 18” off the ground(to the top of the table) and the underside is painted a flat black and then clear coated. The top also has some “blue stain” running down both sides which I think makes the interesting knot pattern in the middle stand out even better. I am asking $150.00 plus half of whatever the shipping. will cost from my zip 42376 in ky. Text or call my cell any time if interested 270-302-4987. Thanks…

Nice job with the wooden legs that look like metal.

Right on, thanks for all the compliments. It’s much more rewarding posting project pics on here where more than myself and the buyer appreciates the work. Thanks again
