Tic Tac Toe Toilet Paper Holder

I made a Toilet paper holder, shaped like the old game of Tic Tac Toe. It’s made from some scrap White Pine I had laying around, stained with Dark Walnut stain and the X’s painted Red. It’s functional, plus decorative.

Well I didn’t come up with the design, seen a picture on Pinterest, but no Instructions on how to make it.
