Box I have been working as a decanter set for a going away gift for a guy at work. The blue falcon is the mascot for our office jokes aside. We are part of an Air Force maintenance unit. This is the first box I have made in years and overall I am pretty pleased with it. The hinges have been a bit of frustration as the set screws will not tighten to hold them in place. Still waiting on the decanter bottle to be etched is why it isn’t in the pics.

Excellent job. I like the contrasting wood, really sets it off. Those barrel hinges look great too. Thanks for inspiring

Looks great – like the splines in the mitres, the contrast and the finish is great too. Kudos for tackling the barrel hinges
