This is a dresser I made. Materials are baltic birch plywood with solid oak edging, and the drawer fronts are made from oak stair treads which I purchased at an architectural salvage place. They were originally in a old public school in Cleveland that was torn down.

I’m relatively new to woodworking, and am still building my skillset. This is the first real piece of furniture I’ve built. So, unfortunately there’s no dovetailed joinery in this piece. Pocket screws for now, and I’ll continue to get better.

Nice work; and that wood is beautiful.

Looks good from here.
