I tried to make this becuase i saw a few on here. I made it small to be carried more easily, but i think it messsed with the pitch. I am tweaking it to improve the sound, but if nothing else i gained a few more hours in the shop. I’d say about 85% completion at this point.

When I built my calls I found out that the thinner the sides the better. Mine wound up being 1/16 thick and sound even better when I routed grooves in the sides reducing mass. Also the top should be of harder wood than the sides.
