I made this cabinet for my son-in-law to store model paints. It’s 12” x 12” x 3” and can hold about 72 bottles of paint.
Material: 3/8 and 1/8 plywood – 12” x 12” Baltic birch sheets from Woodcraft.
All the cuts were made on a radial arm saw. This was my first time doing mitered dados. For one wall, I swung the arm 30 degrees to the right. For the other, I swung it 30 degrees to the left.
The knobs/closure are made from 3/4 inch dowels with a hole drilled through to accept a 1/4 inch dowel.
