A friend wanted me to build a table for his big green egg. This is not my design; I used plans from the internet. I had to modify the plans to accommodate the big chunk of granite on top that ways a ton. It’s built from red oak and finished with General Finish 450 water base. The hardware is stainless and I used PVC pipe to cover the 5/8 threaded rod for the tires. I wanted to use copper pipe but he wanted PVC painted flat black. Oh well, this was a fun project and he was happy with the results.

Very nice table, but I also want to know what the heck is a big green egg? A little early for the easter bunny and i do not think an ostrich egg nould fit there…

Nice work, the granite is a nice touch. BGE is the Festool of the BBQ world, worth every penny.
