This set was duplicated for a set of twin girls. The beds are twin size and the chests of drawers are 60” high with full extension drawer slides for maximum useage. The night stands are large enough for a lamp, alarm clock and one or two small picture frames with additional shelf and drawer storage. Painted in pure white, the headboard, chest sides and night stand sides are grooved to resemble slated construction. Built completely from high density fiberboard.

My question is about the head board and food board. how do you get the center board into the top and bottom rail?
I can understand channeling out the bottom rail but how do you channel out the top rail with that arch?
maybe someone else can answer as well

You can channel with a router bit called Rabbeting Router Bits.
Rabbeting router bits produce a straight vertical and horizontal cut, and are designed specifically to cut a rabbet (notch) in the edge of a material. Rabbeting router bits are an example of a “piloted” router bit, meaning that a bearing of the top of the bit is used to guide that bit along the edge of the material. Rabbeting bits usually come in a set that includes a range of pilot bearing diameters, allowing a single bit to produce a variety of rabbet dimensions.
