I needed a way to store our bikes with a way I could reach them on my own. I am only 4’ 11” and the ceiling is 10’. I saw a metal bike storage I could buy for $200 so I made this out of wood for a lot less.

How do you get them up and down? Just strong?

Youngsville – Thank you, glad you can use my idea. :-)

Sarah – I put my bike on the lowest hooks and am able to lift it off without much effort. I am 4’ 11”. I cannot lift the top bike off or on.

Garage ceiling bike store is an amazing idea. You can have your free space used in this way. I liked the idea very much and now I can get dissertation writing service to find out quality work. This is a very nice blog post. Keep sharing more ideas with us like this idea so that we can have our issues resolved.
