Decided I needed a new router table and fence.
I purchased an Incra top with the Magnalock rings, and also added the Cleansweep rings. Then I built the box below to encase the router for dust collection. Its mounted to a Harbor Freight stand.
Ideas for the fence came from searching and reading all the great posts on this web site.
Its 6” high with a T-track, and the bottom 3” slides for bit clearance. A 4” port is on the back for dust collection.
Four Kreg feather boards may be overkill, but I’ve ran a few boards thru it, and really like how they do the work of holding them in place, so my only job is focusing on keeping my fingers safe and material feed rate.
4” hose on the fence and router box with the Cleansweep rings collects virtually all dust.
I’ll have 500 ft of oak delivered this week, so it will be put thru the paces soon.

Turned out to be a nice looking rig. Good work!
