Just finished this 48” x 28” x 5.5” plywood paint storage unit that was a modification of Jay Bates design. The space between my garage door track and wall would make it difficult to access spray cans easily so I decided to split the cabinet vertically. The shelves are adjustable and the angled shelves will hold 40 cans of spray paint. It is French cleat hung.

Nice cabinet. Lots of custom fitted shelves and little wasted space.

Good idea and well used space.

That’s a great idea and well executed. Sadly in the 100+ degree summers here in Tucson, leaving finishes in the garage isn’t an option.

That’s awesome. Little spaces like that are just begging to be used creatively for storage.

That’s beautiful and tidy.
