I made this Drill center last weekend. As you can see it replaces the masonite top that came with the cart. The cart is full of the other Ryobi cordless tools that fit inside. The drills and the driver I use all the time are in the slots. There is a switched power strip attached to the side of the cart that turns them all on. I have just completed a screwdriver rack and shelf for the side, but are drying. The red trays are full of driver bits…...yes I have an issue with buying tools and yes they are Ryobi. If I was a full time worker in the trades I would have Milwaukee or Dewalt, but being as I work only evenings and weekends these are great and they have a huge assortment of 18 and 40 volt tools. I like them.

I’m stealing this :)
I have the same tool box and never thought of adding another cabinet on top for holding tools.
Nothing wrong with the Ryobi tools either. For woodworking shop work, they do fine. I still have Ryobi drills and drivers that have lasted me over 15 years. I like that they never made you upgrade your tools when they changed batteries as most all other brands do.

Looks good. Who cares what brand you have, if it works for you go for it!
Now I have to get started on getting my own rack for mine made. Well maybe tomorrow.

Really nice Mike. I wish I had wall space for one.
