Hello LJ’s, here the latest bevel box made from Blk. Walnut and I do mean black and a spalted piece of Birds-Eye Maple. This panel piece was a left over cut off from my two shaker table I recently made, I just knew that one day it would come into play and that day came soon than expected. The center streak was a little flaky so I use some expoy glue to sure it up a tad bit. The handle also came off the center panel , with it live edge makes for a neat design element to the box as well. Finishing with a French polish and Myland Wax. Thanks for viewing and have a great week end…BC

A great looking piece of wood and a very nice way to display it.

Nice box also.

This is nice. Your best yet. The fourth photo really shows off the work you put into the French polish.

Thanks all for viewing and all your kind comments…here a pic of the center panel of the box which was a cut off of these tables, the view you see is the inside lid of the box.

Very nice. The hinge looks great. My kind of inexpensive solution :)

The workmanship is top notch,
