Why do people always pick the lightest colored woods { In this case maple} and want them stained the darkest colors. I give up trying to figure them out and just go with the flow. Anyway, made these maple cabinets with mitered raised panel doors and dovetailed drawers. Finished with antique black stain and lacquer.

i hear ya,cant stand staining wood myself i like the natural color and beauty to show.if i want dark i use dark wood!you did a great job on this though,gotta make the one paying the bill happy.
