Got a new Delta 40-694 scroll saw and am trying it out. Got to say it’s really smooth. Used a spiral blade which fits through a 1/16 in hole! Wood is baltic birch with red oak frame made on the router table.

great job on that ben.wish I had the patience to do scroll work,and the eye sight!-lol.

This is very nicely done! I cut some parts out for a carving with a scroll saw with straight blades, and was not pleased with the results. It points out that I need a saw that can handle round blades, if I want to match your quality.
