This is my first bass guitar. The body is of my own design and made from birch with a matte black finish. The neck is a maple bolt on with ebony fret board. And no its not backwards, I’m left handed, lol.

I did use my Carvewright to cut the rough shape and the pickup and neck pockets.

Very nice bass. Are those P-pickups EMG? I have always wanted to do a project like this but I have too many bass and guitars as it is. Are you happy with how this plays?
