Just what I made last weekend because the wife wanted a bigger cutting board that she could serve with. I was happy about how it turned out. This is Red Oak that was sawed last June so it is not fully cured and not kiln dried. I am thinking about building a small kiln as soon as it warms up a little.
Then My wife asked for more decorative routing on the holes. This made a thin wall condition and the handle is cracked not that it has dried a little more. It is still a learning curve my friends.
Thanks for looking…

It is a pattern I use a lot. On this one the wife wanted them router-ed with an Ogee bit. I now know you need more space in between for that style. It has cause a thin wall condition. For rounded over this spacing is perfect. Thanks for the comment. Much appreciated.
