I built the first two of these clocks back in late 2015, as Christmas 2016 gifts to my son and daughter. I posted that project here.

Now each time I visit my son’s house, I see the cute little clock I made him and think, “Darn, I should have made one for myself to keep!” So, I decided to build another to keep for myself.

The darker wood is walnut, stained with a Spanish Oak stain, to give a nice brown color.

The lighter colored wood is maple.

I bought the wood and the clock as a kit from ScrollerOnline.

It is a cut clock. Well done.

A masterpiece indeed! Incredible craftmanship and patience. Beautiful scrollsaw ornaments and turning pins also.

What a cool project. I’ll have to try making one. Added to my favorites.
