My wife saw a lamp in a furniture store that she liked. The lamp was discontinued and it cost $200. I figured that they would be easy enough to make. Even with the pricey custom shades I was able to do it for about $150 a lamp.

these look awesome! love the simplicity….where’d u hide those wires? i can’t even see! i was expecting a rod thru the middle…

It is somimes surprising t o beat a shop pr ice with the cost of our buying raw materials compared to their buying power.Looking very nice anyhow Alistair

I added a picture showing the wire. I routed a 1/4” groove up the side across the front and underneath the top. A 1/4” straight bit gave me the perfect size groove to tuck the wire into.
