While I was up grading our guest bathroom I realized the mirror and lights needed an up grade from the 80’s.
I attached the frame from the top to the studs with pocket screws and the sides to the walls with Locktite adhesive. A shim the length of the left side of the mirror was placed behind the frame to compensate for the thickness of the mirror.

Heck, even the switch and outlet plates fit the theme, nice work!

Great looking mirror frame! And while it’s not the featured project, I really like that medicine cabinet!

Looks so much nicer than a plain mirror stuck to the wall. I have made several mirror frames for bathrooms, with different styles for each. It made a nice difference, and was worth the effort.

You’ve got a real theme going there.

Nicely done.

I’m with Dean. The medicine cabinet is what caught my eye.

Mean Dean and Lin. The medicine cabinet was the first project I posted on Lumber Jocks. I was proud that it made it into the top 3 of the day.
Thanks for the positive comments.
