walnut slab table

just finished this for my brothers house. base is 4×6 and 2×6 solid walnut. he wanted it heavy… its built to be able to be taken apart quickly if needed but still solid the stretcher is attached with a bedrail connector and the 2 angle supports have 1/2 dowels and a sliding tennon in the bottom the a threaded insert bolt locking both sides of the angle bracket. takes about 1 minute to assemble. he wanted it professionally finished they used some kind of sprayed danish oil iv never seen before.
