This little cherry box was my very first attempt at hand-chasing threads. Call it beginner’s luck!

I bought a set of 20tpi thread chasers, and with the help of Youtube videos by Sam Angelo (the Wyoming Woodturner) and the late Allan Batty, have been able to do a couple of projects with hand-chased threads. It is not as hard as people make it out to be … you just need to practice, practice, practice …

Gerry, this is an interesting box because of the threading, however, it’s also a beautiful one.
