Made a couple picture frames with the names of my grandsons to give as a Christmas gift to my daughter. Overall, I’m pleased with the way they turned out being I’ve never made frames before… just wish my miter work and scroll saw work would have turned out better. Made from walnut, birds eye maple, and poplar with a Danish oil finish. I just need to add glass and turn buttons now. Also, I’ve started signing my projects now and glueing a penny with the year it was made into a shallow hole created with a Forstner bit.

These look nice.
I like the penny idea.
