For my 24th wedding Anniversary something special was needed. As Texas A&M Alumni we are always looking for unique Aggie gifts so my gift was a couple of small pivot lid boxes. One box was a Texas box the other a Aggie Gig’em Thumb. We decided on the Texas one going on the stove for salt/Pepper and the other she keeps on her dresser. They are 5” across and 1 3/4” thick. The Texas is Mesquite and the Aggie Gig’em Thumb is Mesquite top and bottom with a Cedar center. Lids are held in place with threaded insert and hex bolt.
