A friend of mine made one of these a couple of years ago. I finally broke down and got the hardware kit and made one. The wood is walnut.

At least I now know I misspelled bucboard when I posted a similar project for a pony cart. Thanks for the correction. I must say, yours looks much nicer and I am taking the pointer of the matching backrest above bench, very nice touch. Thanks for the post, BTKS
