Jack Daniels Lamp

The wood work on this one wasn’t over complicated but it was a fun project anyway. As you can see, this is a lamp made from a Jack Daniels bottle that was frosted on the inside. The neck of the bottle was from an old water supply line for a concrete wash tub from the 1950’s. The copper had naturally aged and just looked perfect for this. The wood neck and based are from a recycled (and also nicely aged) pallets. The only new components on this lamp were the electrical parts.

Am I the only one who thinks the on/off switch should be a beer tap on the top?

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere I guess.

Way to think out of the box.

You can’t mix liquor and beer!

That’s an old wive’s tale. Shot and a beer is a standard order in any bar :)

It looks like I am too late as the bottle is empty!
Nice idea for a unique lamp!

Pretty cool idea for a lamp—I like the reuse of the materials!
