Rocking Bassinet update

Well I spent a good part of the day working on the bassinet and got to say I’m happy with the out come.
I am hoping to finish up tomorrow!!!!

You seem to be new to wood working but it is a great start.
I do have a couple of safety concerns.
One, in the picture it appears top heavy. I would but a 10 t0 15 pound bag of something in it and see if it tips over when rocked. Along that line some sort of a stop at both ends of the rockers might be a fix is my suspicions are correct. Unfortunately infants don’t use them very long before they start moving around and pulling themselves up adding to the tip over hazard.

It seems to be stable I plan on outing stops on just In case.i think a lot hase to do with the angle of the photo. I took the pics sitting down at a upward angle.
Yesterday I put it together and rocked the crap out of it and it seemed fine.
