Small accent table made from random leftovers. I used red & yellow heartwoods for top & sycamore branches for legs. Since I was using up some leftover woods, once I had it assembled, I didn’t feel like the top & legs matched at all. So, I used a Dremel & carved the spirals around the legs & filled it with a mixture of paint & wood putty.

I like the trick with the legs. At first glance I didn’t notice them… then on a 2nd look it’s detail that just pops out at ya. Nice!

Hey thanks everyone! Anytime I get to do any woodworking is still some learning experience for me it seems, so it’s always a good feeling if it turns out to be appreciated! :)

Super I like it! You stated, “Small accent table made from random leftovers.” How small is it?

Oldrivers- It stands just below a window sill & the top is probably about 14×16. It sold & I can’t remember exactly, but I’d say close to the same size of an end table. :)
Have your say...
