Made these out of Maple for my friends two boys.
Hopping they will become carpenters.
Simple construction of maple, dowel for the handles and plywood bottoms.
Finished with Ronseal Decking oil.
The Kids Both Koa and Haku loved them.

Love the tool boxes for the kids. I started making/breaking/fixing things when I was just a toddler. I grew up in Hawaii. Your kids names, Koa and Haku could be Hawaiian, or are they Maori?

Thanks for the complements, Unfortunately or Fortunately I dont have any kids , I made these for my friends Kids , His Wife Japanese and the boys names Haku and Koa are Japanese names.
They love their tool boxes and love coming to their uncles workshop,
Not alot of wood shops here in HK as you can well imagine.
