Recently I cut a dead limb out of a Mulberry tree in my yard then cut it into lengths about 8 inches long. After cutting them in half on a band saw I saw some unexpected color. I decide to try a small bowl with one of the halves. Well when my granddaughter saw the finished bowl she ask me if she could have it. Bowl came out a little over 4 1/4 inch wide and had some small holes from bugs of some kind. I never knew that Mulberry wood had this kind of color.

Nice bowl. Mulberry is very pretty yellow. It has character and is signed by the bugs, too!!
