I cant believe these sell for 300 bucks. I built it for around 30 and it is very sturdy and very comfortable. It took about a 6 pack of beer and 2 hours. Being from the south I used knotty pine and am gonna sleep on clear coat, stain or paint…

I use spur-urethane by Mimwax for exteriar furniture and i think it works great nice looking chair

One of the better looking Adirondak chair designs. Yours or from a pattern? You better build another one just in case someone brings some beer over.

i got a hold of a few old chairs, took them apart traced the parts on cardboard, made them more comfortable with curves and bends and traced them onto the wood, cut them with a jig saw and sanded them after the pics. Ill put more pics on once I decide on a type and color of finish and will eventually make a set with a table and foot stool

A great chair. My father made these about 40 years ago and I have his wooden patterns. I’m going to make some someday.
