Made from oak and other rustic boards. Meaeures 50” x 82”. Very heavy. I also made all the hardware except the wheels. It is just screwed together. Cross brace is half lapped in center. Just one soaking coat of linseed oil and poly mixed, then wiped off. Lightly sanded just to remove splinters.

Wow, very nice. I really like this door. Nice job on the hardware as well. Metal is something I have not done much with.

On my ever increasing ‘to-do’ list: laundry room sliding barn yard doors. Did you fabricate the metal pieces from the wheels to the door; the hangars?
