12 drawer pine dresser

I made this dresser for our bedroom. It is made out of pine and a plywood case. The drawers ride on rails and the top slides open to reveal a secret compartment.

Fine looking Dresser you have there Moosesman. I see some good detail work and moldings that enhance the appearance. Having built many case goods dressers Etc. I have found the average craftsman don’t understand the work and precision details that go into making everything look and work properly, so Congratulations on a Job well done.

Wow – awesome job.
I was considering doing a chest of drawers out of solid cherry for each of my sons as a project but I am a little intimidated by the demands of everything having to be perfectly square.
If you don’t mind me asking, about how long did the project take?
