I like the design Nice Job !! Just a question – would not a candle burning in a wooden block be a fire hazard ???? – or are these for deceration only – Thanks

He should be fine with the tea lights as they come in a metal cup to contain the hot wax and flame.

These have been made for just about ever and I have not heard of a problem..
BTW nice work when you can get it.. I like the used of legs.

Jonathan: You mean they won’t at least scorch the wood? DARN! That probably means I WON’T be getting a Phone Call to come over and fix them. Now I’ll have to work on “Plan B.” ...LOL…

that looks great man! i made something sorta like that for my girlfriend birthday last year, the were leaves, a maple and an oak. i was just glad she liked them!
