We bought a new tv this Christmas, ad since it goes on the wall, we needed a new cabinet to put the A/V equipment in. This is the second project with my new table saw…. I dont know how I ever did without it. The cabinet is made of walnut and birch plywood. the trim on the bottom is white oak kissed with a propane torch before the poly went on. The skinny trim under the top is maple I made with the table saw and router table, also touched with flame. It was a fun project and I’m really pleased with the results. The door by the way is still awaiting a piece of tempered glass, and a mutton assembly that will be pin nailed in to hold the glass. ( I got the pin nailer on a rebate with the purchase of the saw, I love that piece, too!)
