Kissing Stool

What do you do when your wife is 5’4” and you are 6’1”? Besides calling her Lilly and having her call you Herman? In order to help with the issue of her being vertically challenged, I built a kissing stool. This is made out of reclaimed wood from pallets, it is screwed and glued to support even my 265 pounds of weight jumping upon it. I gave this to my wife for Christmas and ever since then I have reduced the number of backaches that I get.

Awesome dedication. I bet it pays for itself in no time at all.

Best,

The idea of a kissing stool is oddly, quaintly, appealing. Nice execution, too. Good post!

adorable (and totally sweet) idea! I think maybe Keith and I could use one of those…lol! I’m 5’6” and he’s 6’1”, so our lips are 2 inches closer then you and your wife’s : )

Otto I love this, I’m 6’7” and am glad someone solved this tall guy problem.

Funnily, my honey sometimes uses a pair of telephone books for that same purpose.
This is far sexier!

My best friend is getting married in Jan. ‘18. This would be a perfect gift to give her just before the wedding! Any chance you can make one for me? I was thinking of adding “Worth The Climb” on it somewhere. :)
