This is a Kid’s Train Bed that we just finished up. I built it in February 2017.
I built this in several different ways in the past. I’ve built train bunk beds before.
On this one we customized it in a few different ways. We put a trundle underneath the bed. I don’t normally do that, so I had to figure out a way to do the wheels differently. I also customize the numbers on the top and sides. I can put the child’s name on it in place of the number. I also put a light on the front of it which works are a night light. It can control it by touching the back of the smoke stack, there is a touch sensor back there.

Chris, this is a great design and you have executed the design in a wonderful way. It’s a delightful piece and the kids will love it.

Some guys would modify that for their desk!
Great job for both young and more age experienced little boys.

I missed the boat when my three Grandsons were little; each of them would have loved a bed like the one you made. Awesome Job!!!
