The gold frame was purchased from Goodwill. It had a painting in it with a mat that I removed.
The wood is HD pine board; the kind that is strips of pine glued together. It seems to be more dimensionally stable than a real board.
The shelves are about 2.5” deep and sit on pins.
The back panel is craft foam board tightly wrapped in “felt like” fabric. it sits in a recess and s held in with picture mounting staples (the kind you just bend over)
The back box was doweled and glued together. This was easiest for me because the CNC cut the rabbit and holes for the pins.
Not shown – The back was Kreg-ed (I think this should be a word) to the gold frame.

All in it weighs 22 pounds. I reused the original stainless wire hanging apparatus which worked very well.
