Harley Davidson Route 66 Sign

I combine a Route 66 shaped and the Harley Logo together. Carved it on the X-Carve CNC Router,and then stain the board with Minwax Gunstock finish. After drying, applied a coat of clear sealer, then painted the lettering. Then applied another couple coats of Clear gloss finish.

The last coat of finish, had orange peel look on the outer edges of the sign, but where Harley letters carved, it’s smooth as silk. I was going to sand it down and redo it, but I change my mind, it gives it character. Hope you like my sign, thanks for checking it out.
