The Mountian Lion was carved into a spur on the elk button [what's a elk button ?] . There wasn’t enough of the little spur to carve both sides of the face but I think I like the way it turned out better . When you turn the the stick you kind of discover the mountain lion hiding there. The elk button has leather washers between it and the diamond willow [whats Diamond Willow?] shaft . This hiking stick stands 56 1/2 inches tall , with it’s brass tipped bottom. The wrist strap has a Dragon claw [Jack Pine Cone] from it. For Sale.
Material
Top – Elk antler
Shaft – Diamond willow
Spacers – Leather
Bottom – Brass tipped
Finish – Wipe-on Poly
Thank you for your interest.

I like how you carved the bear and allowed the viewer to imagine the rest of his image. Very sophisticated and effective. Nicely carved too. I would like to see more of your carvings.
