Hey there boys and girls… I delivered the first of these boxes… then I got an order for another… then Someone visited the home of the first customer and wanted one for her man too..
These are the second and third versions… different felt in the base… but basically the same design.. just a little variance… timber is still Silky Oak…
When I delivered the second one.. got me some orders for FIVE more.. go figure..
Seem to be onto a winner here with the Lazy Larry Man Boxes.. LOL.. Col and I are going to be busy… hey.

Well, you can’t blame anyone for wanting one of those boxes…. They look nice.

Very appealing man boxes. Any chance you could blog about how to build one. I think there are many of us that would like to make on of these.
I appreciate your sharing of your work with us.

Looks like you have found a market. Maybe you could incorporate a small Lazy Larry into each one. :-)

Very nice Larry. They have a simple, understated elegance to them that’s hard not to like. I think maybe with them being “man” boxes, a different color felt would be a bit more masculine. (: I really like the hinge points and the silky oak is gorgeous.

Excellent, Larry. It is always good to build something and even better to make some money with what you have built. You’re one creative and hard working booger

I can see why, I like the hinges and the way the front imitates, balances and centers the curve of the hinges. Nice to see you are busy.

That’s the way it works. One leads to another, and another, and another…. Good job! Be careful Blockhead, hot pink may be masculine for those boys down under.

Some more nice boxes and money too! You are becoming the king Midas of woodworkers Larry. Everything you touch turns to gold! Good on you.
