My wife wanted a going away gift for a co-worker of hers. This box is made of cherry with walnut accents. The inside of the lid was engraved at the Base hobby shop. The box is approximately 12” X 9” X 6”. I applied a seal coat and several coats of gloss poly. My wife liked it so hopefully her co-worker will also.

Beautiful work. I really like the tray design, different than the normal.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

I’ll go away if you make a box like that for me ! Just kidding.
Nice work. Not kidding this time.

Pdub, you did a great job for a fine reason.
Thanks for your service. I almost went to Minot in 1987, but chose Holloman instead.
Best regards from a retired F-15 pilot.
