My dear wife commandeered the first Morris chair I made, so I needed another to rest my loins. It’s comfy, and I’m pleased. Blogged a bit of the build here if you’re interested:

I should note, it’ll return to it’s spot next to the old Morris chair, as soon as her Harry Potter-themed Xmas tree is put away for the season.
Much love,
Rojo Grande.

That’s a fine looking chair, I’ll bet it’s really solid and comfortable. The matching ottoman is nice.

Beautiful! Gotta love those Morris chairs. Just got done with my first bowarm Morris chair last weekend. Already figuring on another too. Loved the last picture too….made me laugh out loud.

Thanks folks.
It’ll return to it’s spot next to the old Morris chair, as soon as her Harry Potter-themed Xmas tree is put away for the season. Sigh.

Ya, guess I blabbed about it in the blog. The design is from Oscar Onken and his “Shop of the Crafters,”
