First pen from my large stash. I was able to get 3 small blanks from the burl, was kind of small. I finished it using CA glue and wet sanding with micromesh.

Love the pen. I just purchased my first lathe (Rikon Mini Lathe ). I’m curious the differences between dry sanding with MicroMesh and Wet sanding with MicroMesh. I’ve been dry sanding and have not tried wet sanding approach. Any suggestions? BTW, you made a beautiful pen!!!

With wetsanding I use the small pads (all I have at present) and keep them in a tub of water they last longer and are right there. Plus I think they polish the CA just like an Acrylic blank when you wet sand.
