Timber: Tasmanian Blackwood (with sapwood feature), Huon Pine
Finish: Organoil Hard Burnishing Oil
Glue: Titebond II
Design: Original
Here’s two pieces I designed and built for my friend’s wedding. The legs were shaped by bandsaw, template and router, and rasp/sander. The legs are joined with tenons (miitred within the mortise). The draw was built with hand cut half and full dovetails with a floating solid base.

Very very nice looking table excellently done. I like the top’s wood grain and colour.

I really like the incorporation of the sapwood, as well as the design of the legs… nice and curvy!
