My ex wife wanted an entertainment center. She was looking online and I saw what she was looking at and told her it was junk… she didn’t like that. Well, I offered to build one for her for $350 that would look better and be make out of wood instead of junk mdf or particle board. Anyway she took me up on the offer and I built this. She liked it quite a bit more than what she would have gotten I think.
These pictures are of the process I went through to assemble it.

That looks great! I don’t see many rustic maple jobs, usually hickory.
What finish is that?
