12 Newell Posts for a high end dollhouse by Jimmy Landers (google it). 4-1/4” x 5/8” cherry. Takes about 40 minutes freehand turning.

Thanks guys. It was interesting and relaxing to make a couple of these per night until finished. And the nice thing about these is that they’re not dangerous in any way, and don’t make enough mess to speak of. And once you get the sequence down it’s pretty easy.
I used only two tools – a 3/8” spindle gouge and a .050” thick parting tool.
