Adapted from the Woodsmith Hinge mortising jig to fit my router and materials (no aluminum). It will take some practice to use this well, but two of first three boxes are acceptable. Sometimes it amazes me that it is so hard to install hinges that look so simple. Always in search of a better way…

Stellar job on the jig….I’ve never made any boxes that require the small inset hinges, but this jig will sure serve the purpose intended.
